BUSINESS ARISING
1.1 Ticket sales are at 169 sold
2.1 Jeany will be attending Lions Club meeting on Feb 23, will take posters and ask
about bartending.
3.1 Jeany gave items to Gabrielle for Barry to put up on back drop.
3.2 Posters should be ready Feb 23
3.3 Nothing to report on radio ads
3.4 Seating chart is done for 300
3.5 Pat has done up tickets 280
3.6 Sid is working on liquor licence,needed letter from hall board for liquor store.
3.7 Kim is taking care of fruit tray and sandwiches—hoping to have them donated.
3.8 Gabrielle will talk to Andy Lapointe about dinner expectations
3.9 Massey House has given a quote of approximately $500.00, Jeany will talk to
them and see if we can get this reduced to $200—250
3.10 Dee's Harvest Table has not been contacted yet.
3.11 Jeany did sponsor letter, Gabrielle will get it to Gord
3.12 Mary will see if Walter Hendricks will make this for us.
3.13 Gabrielle will make contact to see if display board can be put up at Rec Centre.
NEW BUSINESS
1.1 Discussed teen dances, agreed to start them in September 2011
1.2 Next meeting will be March 14 at 7 pm
1.3 Pictures and interview done for Clarington this Week
