The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
By-law 2021-043
Being a by-law to authorize the closure and conveyance of a road
allowance;
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington has
approved the recommendations of Report PWD-016-21, and deems it desirable to
pass this by-law; and
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
That the property described as Part of the road allowance between Lots
14 and 15, Concession 1, being Part 4 on Plan 40R-30980, in the
Municipality of Clarington, in the Region of Durham, is hereby closed;
and
2. That the Municipal Solicitor be authorized to take all action necessary to
effect the transfers of Parts 4, 6, 11, 14, 15, and 17 on Plan 40R-30980.
