Mayor Rickard and Members of Council:
The following recommendation to Council was made at a meeting of
the Planning and Development Committee held on June 25, 1979:
"THAT Council acknowledge receipt of a verbal Market
Analysis by Mr. Gwilliam and Mr. Baird which supports
the position of previous resolution adopted by Council
on April 9, 1979, for the expansion of the Third Phase
of the Bowmanville Mall".
