Mayor Rickard and Members of Council:
The following is a report of a meeting of the Planning and Development
Committee held on April 16, 1979:
1. Rezoning - Z -A-1-11-7 - Rd. Allowance between Lots 2 and 3, Con. 9 Darlington
It was recommended to Council that Report P-49-79 be endorsed and the Road Allowance
between Lots 2 and 3, Conc. 9, Darlington be redesignated a Class "A" Street and the
amending by-law be forwarded to Council for approval. (See By-law 79-35).
2. Rezoning Z -A-1-13-3 - Draft approved Subdivision 18T78107 (Davis)
It was recommended to Council that Report P-52-79 be endorsed and application for
rexoning to permit Draft Approved Subdivision 18T78107, Lots 25 and 26, Conc. 6,
Darlington, be approved and the amending by-law forwarded to Council for consideration.
