Mr. Murray Payne wrote a letter to Council on
September 159 1975, requesting approval of his proposed
subdivision in Newtonville. The letter was subsequently
referred to the Planning Advisory Committee.
It is recommended that Mr. Payne be advised that
Newtonville is the subject of a study now underway and
that a decision on this matter would be premature until
such time as this study has been completed.
