REPORT re: LETTER REGARDING RR ZONE
PROVISIONS IN NEWCASTLE VILLAGEs-
This letter requested that the Newcastle Village
Zoning By-law be amended to provide for lots with sanitary
sewer connection but private water supply.
By-law 75-84 was passed by Council on November 3, 1975.
This by-law amends the Newcastle Village By-law and provides
for lots with "Public Water and Septic Tank or Private Wells
and Sanitary Sewer". For this reason, it is recommended
that no further action is required in this matter.
