DISTRIBUTION OF MINUTES AND AGENDAS: -
We have received a request for copies of P.A.C, minutes and
agendas back to January 19 19759 from the Soper Creek Residents Assoc-
iation. They have also requested to be supplied with a copy of all
future minutes. We have had numerous similar requests for regular
supply of agendas and minutes in the past and all such requests have
been denied since we have desire to to get into the publishing bus-
iness.
I would recommend that it be the Committee's policy that agendas
and minutes be supplied on a regular basis to and only to the follow-
ing persons.
1. Members of the Committee
2. Councillors who are not members of the Committee
3. Town Department Heads
4. Regional Commissioner of Planning and Development
5. Regional Director of Development
6. Planning Consultants Employed by the Town
7. Supp, r intend ent of Planning N & N Board of
Education
8. Editors of Newspapers Published within the
Municipality
9. Reporter covering Newcastle for the Oshawa Times

Other persons would be supplied with copies on request of reports
and minutes pertaining to matters in which they have an interest or
concern with a limit of one copy of any document per person.
