The following applications for rezoning do not conform with
the Interim District Plan.
(1) Geoffrey Still - Shopping Centre (Waverly Road and
Baseline Road, southeast corner)
(2) Pythbow Investments - Shopping Centre (Waverly Road
and Baseline, southwest corner)
(3) R. Leblanc - Trailer Camp (Lot 5, Concession 49
Darlington)
(4) Ridge Pine Park Limited - Mobile Home Park (Lots 32,
33, 34 and 351 Concession 1, Lots 32 and 33 B.F.
Concession, Clarke)
(5) Howard Payne - Mobile Home Park (Lots 1 and 2? B.F.
Concession A and B, former Township of Clarke]
In all cases these applications did not conform to the Offic-
ial Plans or draft Official Plans which previously covered the
land involved. These applicants have been advised that an Offic-
ial Plan Amendment would be required before their applications
for a zoning change could be approved. Official Plan Amendments
have been approved by Regional Council.
We are no longer accepting zoning applications which do not
conform with the Interim District Plan. Those who submitted
zoning applications prior to the adoption of the Interim Plan and
whose applications do not conform with it have been given the
option of withdrawing their applications with a full refund of fees

paid or having their applications kept on file until such time as
an Official Plan Amendment may be approved by Regional Council.
It is therefore recommended, that these applications be tabled
by the Planning Advisory Committee until such time as Official
Plan Amendments for these projects have been approved by Regional
Council.
