REPORT ON LETTER RE:
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL
This letter was sent by the Ministry of Housing to
accompany their "Guidelines for Development Control (Site
Plan Control)".
Both the Guidelines and the letter should be
referred to the Zoning Subcommittee for use in the drafting
of the new zoning by-law.
