Now Therefore Be It Resolved That the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. The lands shown in Schedule "A" are hereby dedicated and assumed as public highways. 2. This by-law shall come into effect on the date of passage. Passed in Open Council this 1st day of March, 2021.
