BY -LAW NO.
A By-law to amend Zoning By-law 1597
WHEREAS: The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville passed
a Zoning By-law No. 1587 on the second day of August 1955, which
was duly approved by Order of the Ontario Municipal Board,
AND WHEREAS: By -Law 1587 has been amended by By -Laws Numbered
1612, 1700, 1€35, and 1916, passed on the 3rd day of July 1956,
and on the 10th day of September 1959, and on the 30th day of
January 1962, and on the 6th day of July 1964, respectively,
which, with the exception of the latter were duly approved by
the Ontario Municipal Board.
AND WHEREAS: It is desireable to lhrther amend the said Zoning
By-Law 15$7.
NOW THEREFORE: The Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bomanville pursuant to the Planning Act R. S. 0, 1960, Chapter
296) Section 30, and amendments thereto, HEREBY ENACTS that By-
Law 1587 as amended be further amended as follows:
1. By deleting Section 9 Paragraph (a) -1 and Substituting
therefore the following:
'Single and two family dwellings and duplex or double duplex
apartment houses and multifamily dwellings except in the built
up sections of the Town where a maximum of 3 suite,apartments
only are permitted."
Read a First and Second time this Sth day of April A.D.1965.
Read a Third time and Finally pass is 5th day of April A.D.1965.
