Being a By -law to Repeal By -law No. 1086.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville passed a By -law numbered 1086, being a By -law of the
Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville to provide for the reorgan-
ization and regulation of the Fire Brigade of the said Town on
March 19, 1924;
AND WHEREAS this Council deems it expedient to repeal
said By -law;
NOW THEREFORE be it enacted that By -law No. 1086 entitled
"A By -law of the Corporation of the Town of _
Bowmanville to Provide for the Re- organization
.and Regulation of the Fire Brigade"
be and is hereby repealed.
READ a First and Second time this 18th day of October, 1965.
READ a Third time and finally passed this 18th day of October, 1965.
