BY -LAW NO. „1?4;7-
A By-Law of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville for the appointment of a Town Official for the said
Town.
The Municipal Council of the Town of Bowmanville hereby enacts that
the undermentioned person be, and he is hereby appointed to the
following office, effective as from , namely;
Recreational Director; T. A. Fannings at a salary of 5,000.00 per annum.
It is further enacted that shall the officer herein named, neglect any
*4r of the duties of the office to which he is appointed or be guilty of
any conduct unbecoming any officer of this Corporation, such officer
shall forthwith be dismissed by the Mayor or Town Council, and if in
the Public interest may be dismissed by Council on one month's notice.
