REPORT ON OUTSTANDING REFERRALS BY COUNCIL
Over the past few months a large number of items of corr-
espondence and miscellaneous other matters have been referred
to the Planning Advisory Committee by Council. Those which
appear to require further action have been separate from those
which do not.
I would recommend that Council be advised that no further
action is required on the following matters.

report.
The following matters have also been referred to the P.A.C.
by Council, but they deal with applications which are already
under consideration and will be dealt with in due coarse.
