REPORT ON PRESERVATION SANCTUARY CAMP
CLUB DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT:
I have examined this agreement and find its terms sat-
isfactory, on the understanding that the consultant is prepar-
ing the site plan forming Schedule "C" of the agreement. This
site plan will show only the initial development proposed for
the immediate future.
I would recommend that the agreemen be approved in
principle and forwarded (a) to the applicant's solicitor for
completion of blanks and sche-
dules except Schedule "C"
(b) to the Works Committee for a
statement of their requirements
if any under Schedule "E".
