A BY -LAW TO AMEND BY -LAW NO. 1784, BEING A
BY -LAW FOR THE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. �/ That Section 5 (2) of ByQlaw 1784 be amended by.
deleting
the second sentence thereof which reads as follows:
"Within fifty feet of any intersection on any
through highway."
2._/ That item 3 of Schedule 'tV of By -Law 1784 be amended
by adding the words !'for fifteen minutes onlytt to the end
thereof.
3. That Section 8 of the By -Law 1784 be amended by adding
the following new sub - section (c):
"$.(c) Three. Hour Parkin:Restrictoris _ on Specified Streets
When properly worded signs have been erected and are
on display, between the hours of 8:00 aim' and -6:00
p.m. of every week day, no person shall park a vehicle
for any period of time in excess of three hours on any
of the streets or sides of streets named or described
in Schedule "C -1" of this by-law."
4:. That By -Law 1784 be amended by adding thereto 'tSchedule C -1"
as follows:
"Schedule C -1 to By -Lair 1784

READ a First and Second time this 3rd day of July, 1962.
READ a Third Time and finally Pissed this 3rd day of July, 1962.
Approved this 2nd day of August, 1962 pursuant
to the provisions of The Highway Traffic Act.
