SUBJECT: Waverley Gardens, Phase II, Plan 702, Bowmanville
In the above-mentioned subdivision, the developer has now
completed the required services under the terms of the
Subdivision Agreement.
These services have now been completed from the north
limit of Spry Avenue to the north limit of the plan of
subdivision or Lawrence Crescent.
Therefore, I would recommend that this portion of the
subdivision be placed on preliminary maintenance as of
October 1st, 1976, as this was when the final layer of
asphalt had been laid.
