Acceptance of Underground Services, Plan 696, Lamers Bros., Bowmanville

At the Public Works Committee held on.September 9th, 1976, the
Committee concurred in placing the above-mentioned subdivision
on preliminary maintenance as of August 22nd, 1974.
Therefore, as according to the Subdivision Agreement, the under-
ground system is presently prepared to be assumed by the Town.
On September 15th, 1976, I inspected the underground storm sewer
system relating to this development. In that investigation
several deficiencies were found and later reported to the
contractor and/or developer.
Since that time, the contractor has corrected all of'the
deficiencies to the satisfaction of myself. ,
Therefore, I would recommend that the Town now assume the
underground storm sewer services at this time.
