TOPIC: Veltri Subdivision, Plan 697, Simpson Avenue
DATE: October 12, 1976
On October 31st, 1975, the Veltri Subdivision on Simpson Avenue
in Bowmanville came due for final acceptance and assumption by
the Town. At that time, the underground and above -ground
systems were checked by the Town and the Region and found
unsatisfactory.
Since that time, the conditions of the Subdivision Agreement
and standard& have been complied with. All deficiencies have
been rectified and are now satisfactory to the Town and the
Region of Durham.
Therefore, I would recommend that all securities be cancelled
and the Town and the Region of Durham assume the services as
constructed.
