TOPIC: Hobbs Drive Townhouses
DATE: August 16, 1976
The storm sewers for the Hobbs Drive townhouse
project have now been installed as per the Town
specifications. The system has been checked;
any problems corrected and rechecked. The storm
sewers were water tested after installation and
passed successfully.
Therefore, I would recommend that the storm
sewers be placed on the two-year maintenance
program as of August 10th, 1976.
At the present time, the Region has not accepted
the underground systems under their control but
this will be their own responsibility to check
the systems and confirm the maintenance date with
the Town.
