Preliminary Acceptance of F. & T. Subdivision,
Plan 685, Bowmanville
July 29, 1976
The underground and above -ground services in the
F. & T. Subdivision have now been constructed to
Town standards.
The Region of Durham and the Town have inspected
the systems, found some deficiencies, corrected
the problems, and the systems have been rechecked
and approved.
Therefore, we would appreciate your concurrence
that the subdivision could be placed on maintenance
from July 21st, 1976 for a period of one year as
accordine to the Subdivision Aereement.
