Acceptance of Underground Services in Bowmanville Heights
Phase II and III
Jul; 9, 1976
Bowmanville Heights, Phase II and III have now completed
their maintenance program. The Town and the Region have
inspected the systems, noted any deficiencies and have
seen that they were corrected. The Town and the Region
are now satisfied with the underground systems completely
with the following conditions:
1) that when the subdivision is assumed, the sewers and
catchbasins will be completely cleaned and flushed,
if required.
2) the inspection and acceptance of the water boxes
will be completed when all operations are complete
and finalized._
This acceptance only refers to the sewers and watermains
with the two subdivisions.
