TOPIC: Vanstone Court, Bowmanville

On July 9th, 1976, I forwarded a letter to the
developer for Vanstone Court in regards to several
deficiencies which have not been rectified to date.
I informed the developer thati!if these deficiencies
had not been finished by July 26, 1976, that the
Town would be required to take the matter in hand
as according to the subdivision agreement and
complete the work at his expense.vi
