Ltd. appeared before the Corimittee in rega-.d.s to

and April.

. Tink and myself met with Mr. Lacey on site to discuss
the said road.

During the course of the meeting no financial commitment

was made by anyone. It was decided however that an edtimate
be prepared on the subject road from Simpson Avenue west
1,
to the west entrance of Port Hope Ready-Mix, the distance
being 750 feet,
Therefore, the following is an estimate of cost to improve
the existing West Beach Road to a design standard for
a Semi-Urbsn-Industrial and Commercial road.
