SUBJECT: Tenders for 1976
As in past years, I would ask this committee's
approval to call various tenders throughout the
year pertaining to the 1976 Public Works program.
Quantities will be taken into consideration as a
result of the final budget when tenders are called.
It is a practice however, to call tenders for
dust control, surface treatment and gravel crush-
ing by early March, due to the availibility of
contractors,
