Dunham, Director of Public Works Department DATE: February 51 1976 SUBJECT: Bowmanville Cemetery By-law When this proposed by-law is passed by Council, I relate to duties of the owner. One of the mentioned duties being that the owner shall appoint a Secretary -Treasurer. Since the operation of this cemetery is being administered out of the Public Works Office, I recommend that the supposedly appointed Secretary -Treasurer also work in the Public Works Office. Duties of the Secretary -Treasurer are clearly stated in the by-law and therefore, these re- cords must be readily accessible in the office that is administering the actual operation. July 14,, In the past year and a. half the above men- tioned subject has partly been under this Committee and partly under other various Committees.
