SUBJECT: Access to landfill site; Lot 33, Concession 6, Clarke.
DATE: January 22, 2976.
This matter was held in abeyance from the meeting on January
9, 1976, pending receipt of further information relative to
access roads.
A -subsequent title search of the subject property establishes
the facts as follows -
The property was conveyed in fee simple on the 11th day of
January, 1968 by W. B. Bennett Paving & Materials to the
Corporation of The Township of Clari.e for and on behalf of
the Trustees of the Police Village of Orono.
2) The property comprises 11.13 acres of lend situate in the
south part of lot 33, Concession 6.
3) The property does not have frontage onto a public highway.
4) However, by Indenture dated January 11, 1968 and registered
in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham
West as instrment number N36089' on the 29th day of March,
1968, Bennett Paving granted a. right-of-way over and upon
a strip of land 66 feet in perpendicular width adjoining
the east side of the subject premises together with a
further right-of-way extending from the Region Road N0.4
northerly to the south limits of the first mentioned right-
of-way.
The second right-of-way has a frontage of 1614x-11 onto the
Region Road and gradually increases in width to 25 feet as
it joins the south limits of the first mentioned right-of-
way.
Refer to the sketch attached hereto for the general location
of the subject lands and associated right-of-ways.
