Dear Sir:
The condition of the sideroad running from the seventh concession of Clarke to the
eighth concession of the same township between lots fourteen and fifteen is asVioY/ly
affected by a'pond on the property of 14r. Eric Yelter.
This pond which he constructed is well above road level. Seepa8e from the beaks of
the pond reaches the road surface and makes it impossible to maintain this section of
the sideroad.
Itis the opinion of those adjacent lot holders using this road that this condition
of the road cannot be improved until the level of this pond is corrected or the
pond removed. Your inspection of the pond would be appreciated. There is a ques0ps
that the construction of this pond was even approved."
