On the attached O.L.S. plan between Carlisle
Street and Liberty Place, the above-mentioned`
subject is shown.
One of the abutting owners has requested that
the Town supply the necessary materials :to
repair the existing fence. The owner stated
to our foreman that he would supply the labour.
Apparently, the Town paved this occupation lane
some eight to ten years ago. However, in
searching for a title of the same, we cannot
find where the Town has legal ownership;to

Prior to commiting ourselves financially, L
would recommend that our solicitor search for
a title to this. At that time, if the Town
does not have any ownership., should we acquire
legal ownership?
