With the final acceptance of the underground sys-
tems in 3owmanville 'Heights Phases II and III, all
corrections will be required to be made and rechecked
before we can assume the systems.
In regards to the preliminary acceptance, the
following dates will be effective because this is the
date when the final layer of asphalt was laid.
3ow.manvi17te3eiQhts Phase III (south portion only)
_ July 29, 1975
Pedestrian UjIderoass - May 1, 1975
Waverly Rod - October 1, 1974
Therefore, after preliminary acceptance has been
granted the systems will be on maintenance for a per-
iod of two years.
Therefore, I would recommend that the dates for
preliminary acceptance be granted and that the under-
ground systems be approved when the Region approves of
their services in these subdivisions.
