A By -Law to repeal By -Law No. 1684 being
a By -Law of the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville for
the appointment of a Town Official for the
year 1958.
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Bowmanville
passed By -Law No. 1684 to appoint a Town Official
for the year 1958.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town deems it
expedient that this By-Law be repealed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED that the said By-
%W Law No. 1684 entitled "A By-Law of the Municipal
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
for the appointment of a Town Official for the year
1958" be and is hereby repealed.
