A By -law to repeal By -law No. 1$54.
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Bowmanville did enact
By -law No. 1854 on the 1st Day of October 1962, to
authorize an agreement between the Town of Bowmanville and
DONALD W. HARVEY in respect to Ambulance Service;
AND WHEREAS further negotiation has resulted in requirement
of further provisions in said By -law.
AND WHEHEAS the Council of the Town of Bowmanville wishes to
repeal By -law No. 1$54.
NOW THEREFOR the Council of the Town of Bowmanville enacts
as follows:
"That by -law No. 1854 of the Town of Bowmanville be and is
hereby repealed.
READ a first and Second time this 5th day of November 1962.
READ a Third time and finally passed this 5th day of November 1962.
