A By -Law to provide for the Appointment of Certain repre-
sentation of the Town of Bowmanville on Various Boards and
Commissions.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville enacts as follows:-
1. That Councillor G. Hughes be and is hereby appointed a
member of the Bowmanville Hospital Board for the year 1963.
2. That Mr. J. A. Cole be and is hereby appointed member of the
Bowmanville Planning Board for a term of three years) and
that Deputy Reeve Stevens be also appointed for a period of
one year.
3. That Reverend H. Turner be and is hereby appointed a member
of the Bowmanville Conetery Board for a period of three years
and that Councillor W. Fice and Deputy Reeve Stevens be and
are hereby ap ^inted members of the Cemetery Board for a
period of one year.
4. That Messrs. Irv. Nelson, M.. Cain and Councillor K. Shackelto
be and are hereby 41lointed members of the Bowmanville Arena
Board for the year 1963.
5. That Mr. R. L. Hamlyn, be and is hereby a-'-pointed a member of
the Bowmanville Library Board for a term of three years.

6. That Councillors G, —Hess K. Shackelton, and Messrs. D.
Stutt, P. Chant, C. Kilrier; C. Samis, J. Coyle and Mrs. E.
Alder, be and are hereby a; i-ointed members of the Bowmanville
Recreation Commission for the year 1963.
7. That Reeve Little, Messrs. B. Kill,-atrick, C. Samis, D. Kennedy,
and E. Crawford, be and are hereby a;°-ointed members of the
Traffic Advisory Board for the year 1963.
8. That Mr. I. Rehder be and is hereby a :,- 'ointed a member of the
Bowmanville Committee of Adjustment for a term of three years.
9. That Messrs. A: Mi Thoma son; tip, _Syer) Ac Hodgins, N. Wiseman,
E. Lunney, Councillors At OXe� and WA_Fice, b,e and are hereby
appointed members of the Mus(.um Board for the year 1963.
10. That Mrc A. McGregor] be and is hereby a;-ointed a member of
the Durham District High School Board for a term of three years.
That Mayor Hobbs and Mr. J. A. Cole be and are hereby aj-.ointed
members of the Oshawa, Regional Planning Board for the year
1963.

representative on the Chamber of Commerce for the year 1963•
13. That Councillor G. Hughes be and is hereby a,_�ointed this Council
representative on the Central Lake Conservation Authority for
this year, 1963.

Councils representative on the Lake Ontario Development Associ-
ation for the year 1963.
15. That Messrs. G. MacNeil and Robert Kent be and are hereby
appointed members of the Dowmanville Industrial Commission
for the year 1963.
