A By -law to amend the terms of an
agreement enacted under the pro-
visions of Byalaw No. 1860. ( A
By -law to authorize an agreement
between the Town of Bowmanville and
DONALD W. HARVEY.)
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Bowmanville deems
it expedient to amend the terms of an agreement with Donald
W. Harvey in respect to Ambulance Service.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Bowmanville
enacts as follows:
1. THAT: Enacting clause number three (3) of the said
agreement be deleted and the following sub-
stituted therefore:
3 n The municipalities shall pay to the operator the
sum of $3,600.00 per year payable $300.00 monthly
on the last day of each month during the term of
this Agreement."
2. That the amendment as outlined shall be effective
as of February 1st, 1963.
READ a First and Second time this 18 day of February A.D., 1963.
READ a Third time and finally passed this 18 day of February
A.D., 1963.
