A By -Law to appoint a `Weed Inspector to enforce
the provisions of the 'deed Control Act within
the boundaries of the Town of Bowmanville.
WH2'AEAS Section 6 subsection 1 of The Weed Control
Act, Chapter 427, R.S.O., 1960, provides for the appointment �
of an inspector to enforce the provisions of The Weed Control
Act ;
AND WHIHEAS The Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville deems it expedient to appoint an inspector
in accordance with the provisions of the said act;
NOW THEX�FORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TUvIN OF BOva1V,ANVILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOiJS:
1, That Mr. M. Moore be and is hereby appointed
the 'deed Inspector for the Town of Bowmanville,
under the provisions of the Weed Control Act.
2. That the Weed Inspector be paid 475.00 per
annum for the performance of his duties under
the s aid act.
READ a First and Second Time this 3 day of June A.D. 1963.
READ a Third time and finally passed this 3 day of June A.D. 1963.
