TOWN OF BOWMANVILLE
BY -LAW NO. 19 %7
Being a by -law to increase the
interest rate on tax arrears.
BE IT ENACTED as a By -law of the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville as follows:
firâ–º 1. The Treasurer of the Town of Bowmanville be and
is hereby authorized and shall add to the amount of all
taxes due and unpaid interest at the rate of 2/3 of 1 per
cent per month or fraction thereof from the 31st day of
December in the year in which the taxes were levied until
the taxes are paid, effective and commencing on the 1st day
of January, 1967.
READ a first and second time this day of 1966.
