It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1. TIiAT Report PD-204-87 be received; and
2. THAT the Region of Durham be advised that the Town of Newcastle has no objections
to the draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-87050, submitted by Marshall, Macklin,
Monoghan, on behalf of Max Tanenbaum Investments Limited; and
3. THAT a copy of said Report be forwarded to the City of Oshawa Planning Department.

proposed Plan of Subdivision does not immediately abut Town property and is
located approximately 450 metres (1475 feet) west of Townline Road.
In reviewing the draft plan and consideration of the location of the
property, Staff would offer no objections to the proposal as submitted.
Accordingly, the recommendations within said Report reflect same for
Committee and Council's consideration.
