REC01'~MENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-167-87 be received; and
2. THAT the rezoning application and the Hamlet Plan Amendment application, filed by
Mr. Gordon, to permit the creation of one (l) additional residential lot, be tabled
for one (1) additional month.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
On Nlarch 20, 1987 the Planning Department received the application for rezoning. The
application for the Hamlet Plan Amendment was submitted on March 16, 1987. The applicant
was requesting changes to permit the creation of one (1) additional residential lot.
The Health Department has objected to the proposal and the appl i cant i s continuing, i n hi s
attempts, to have the Department change its stance. He has requested another defferal to
permit him to continue these discussio ns.
