RECUMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PU-1'L1-87 be received for information; and
2. THAT Report PD-168-87 be received; and
3. THAT Council resolve that, pursuant to Section 34(16) of the Planning Act, it is
not necessary to hold another public meeting; and
4. THAT the rezoning application filed by Mr. Green located within Part of Lot 9,
Concession 2, former Town of Bowmanvil1e, to permit the creation of one (1)
additional residential lot on municipal water and private sewage disposal, be
dismissed without prejudice at the request of the applicant.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
The applicant has requested that the application for rezoning be withdrawn. This has come
about due to the requirements ofthe Health Services Department. The applicant felt that,
to create the additional lot in the size and shape required to receive the approval of the

Health Services Department, would not be to his benefit. Accordingly, he
has requested that the file be closed.
