A a P to the closing of Barber , Shops in t he Town of Bow lle . • WHEREAS certain certan owners of Barber Shops within the Municipality of •� the' Town of Bowmanvi lle , being not less that three fourths of the whole number of owners of said shops within the said Municipality have applied to the Municipal Council of the Town of Bowmanville , praying for the passage of a By-Law requiring the closing of the, said shops during the period of the year and at the t i^mes and hours hereinafter mentioned ; - f THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation :of th he Town' of. zs Bowmanvi lle enacts as follows ; ' APH1 , Fir at That open each week day, at 8000 A.M . h at all barber shops s and shall close on Mondays and Tuesdays at 6 . 00 P *M. , h Thursdays' and Fridays at 7 .00' P .M.and Saturdays at 9 .00 P.M . �r 0n Wednesdays at 12 .00 Noon , except on Wednesdays before a Holiday , when the clsoing hour shall be 9 . 0+0 P .M ,. and two Wedneelda s y -5 before Christmas when the closing hour shall be 6 . 00 P.D .
