THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF BO`NMANVI LLE
• a
A By-Law to regulate the traffic of motor vehicles upon the Public
streets of the Town of Bowmanvi lle .
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville hereby
enacts pursuant to the Municipal Act R . S.O . 19509 Chapter 2439 Section
388 , Paragraph 107 , as f ollows ; -
1 . The " Rules of the Road " as enacted in the provisions of the Highway Traffic
Act shall apply mutat is mutandis and become a part of this By
