REPORT TO THE GENERAL PURPOSE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
MEETING HELD JULY 4 1983

SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO AGREEMEP JITH RIDGE PINE PARK
INC. IN RESPECT OF TK .;ONSTRUCTION OF A
SALES OFFICE AND MODEL HOMES
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. That this report be received; and

2. That the Agreement between Ridge Pine Park Inc. and the Town
of Newcastle in respect of the construction of a sales office
and model homes be amended as follows:
i) That the fourth paragraph of the recital reading:
"And Whereas the Developer desires to set up a
temporary sales office and three (3) model mobile homes
for the purposes of "pre -selling" the aforementioned
development, (hereinafter called the "works");
be revised as follows:
"And Whereas the Developer desires to set up a temporary
sales office and four (4) model mobile homes for the
purposes of "pre -selling" the aforementioned development,
(hereinafter called the "works"); and
ii) That Schedule "B" to the Agreement be replaced with the
attached Schedule "B".
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
As members of Council may recall, the Town recently executed an
agreement with Ridge Pine Park Inc. in respect of constructing a
temporary sales office and model mobile homes for the Wilmot Creek
Mobile Home Park.

incorporated pursuant to the laws Of the
Province of Ontario
hereinafter called the "Developer"
OF THIi SECOND PART
Lan.Is effected by this Agreement are described in Schedule

the Developer warrants that it is the Owner of the lands;
