IN RESPECT OF TK .;ONSTRUCTION OF A SALES OFFICE AND MODEL HOMES RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. That this report be received; and TELEPHONE 623-3379 2. That the Agreement between Ridge Pine Park Inc. and the Town of Newcastle in respect of the construction of a sales office and model homes be amended as follows: i) That the fourth paragraph of the recital reading: "And Whereas the Developer desires to set up a temporary sales office and three (3) model mobile homes for the purposes of "pre -selling" the aforementioned development, (hereinafter called the "works"); be revised as follows: "And Whereas the Developer desires to set up a temporary sales office and four (4) model mobile homes for the purposes of "pre -selling" the aforementioned development, (hereinafter called the "works"); and ii) That Schedule "B" to the Agreement be replaced with the attached Schedule "B". BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: As members of Council may recall, the Town recently executed an agreement with Ridge Pine Park Inc. in respect of constructing a temporary sales office and model mobile homes for the Wilmot Creek Mobile Home Park. .2 k .,C RUMENT ma,!,. this Twenty-FOL,:-, Day of May, 1983 �'"`'•�'�'�0.
