SUBJECT: Request for Grants - Tyrone Hall Board

RECOMMENDATIONS:
i. That this report be received; and
2. That Council consider the attached resolutions
regarding insurance, grants and the treatment
of the parking lot.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
Report 82-33 regarding the request for a grant from the
Tyrone Hall Board was considered by the General Purpose and Administration
Committee on May 3rd, 1982 and referred to a meeting of the Council
representatives on the Board and Town Staff for discussion and
preparation of a further report back to Council.
As a result of the meeting held Thursday, May 6th, 1982,
the attached resolutions were prepared which address the matters
raised in Report 82-33.
Please bring a copy of report Admin. 82-33 to Council
for reference.
