1. Call to Order
Councillor Anderson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. Land Acknowledgement Statement
Mayor Foster led the meeting in the Land Acknowledgement Statement.
3. Declaration of Interest
There were no disclosures of interest stated at this meeting.
4. Confidential Matter
4.1 Confidential Litigation Matter Related to the Proposed Anaerobic Digestor

4.2 Confidential Matter Regarding the Home Hardware Ministerial Zoning Order

That, in accordance with Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as
amended, the meeting be closed for the purpose of discussing matters that deal
with:
• litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative
tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and

a position, plan, procedure, criteria, or instruction to be applied to any
negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the Municipality
of local board.

The meeting resumed in open session at 7:38 p.m.
Mayor Foster advised that two items were discussed in "closed" session in
accordance with Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, and two
resolutions were passed on a procedural matter and one resolution was passed
to provide direction to Staff.

That Staff report back on boundary options for an Interim Control By-law on the
land within Energy Park Secondary Plan area and environs.
