by more than three fourths ofr the occupiers of grocery stores

\i butcher shops situate within the municipality of the Tow -
o ' Bowmanville requestinG the closi_ug of such shops on the day
and at the hour herei after set out .
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Lunicipal Council of the
or°pora ti on of the Town of Bowmanvill , pursuant to the provisions
of the Factory , Shop and Office Building Act RoSoOe 1937 , ohapter
194 , section 82 ,
1 . That�, all g o ery stores and or butcher shops sit-uact-
i th the I ts of t1ae Town of Boavill e shall be closed at

the hour of P . M . on every Saturday of each week except the last '
three Saturdays in December in asch year when the said stores
shall be closed at Pame
2 . The said grocery stores and or butcher shops upon bed
closed on each Saturday night as aforesaid shall not be again
.- - opened for business until 5 A o . the following Monde -

of the provisions of this by-law shall be subject to a f ine of
the sum of Tex Dollars for the first offence , the sum of 'wen d

Penalties imposed under this byelaw shall be recoverable _
