Su er ntendant of the de artment o the Roads and Streets and -
- Sewerage Systems within the limits o the 'town o Bowmane

It s further enacted that the duties o the said u rin ndant
is to take an active working part n all the works o the said
a men and see that all workmen are carrying on the or
satisfactorily and report o the Roads and r
fore any new work i undertaken , giving a ppr o t o of-
labor

and Material for sarm .
It s also further enacted that shall the above named. officials so
