The provisions of this by-law shall not apply to prendises
wherein , machines used solely for the automatic sale of paper cups ,

gels , peanuts , candy , gum, or other small articles of merchandise
or weighing machines are maintained
•4 All applications for, licenses - under this by-law shall be made

8 . No person under the age of eighteen years shall bi

9 . Every lioensed premises shall at all times be open to
