BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On Nlarch 16, 1987 the Planning Department received an application for rezoning submitted by Mr. P. Gearing. Staff are currently processing the comments for the subdivision and are awaiting comments from three agencies whose comments are required prior to Staff being in a position to prepare draft conditions for approval or recommend a change in the zoning. At this time Staff have received no comments which are in objection to the application. The comments to date deal mostly with conditions to be attached to the draft approval.
