On Nlarch 16, 1987 the Planning Department received an application for rezoning submitted
by Mr. P. Gearing. On March 27, 1987 Staff received the Regional circulation for the

Page 2
At this time the Regional Official Plan Amendment 16 has received Town and
Regional approval but has not yet received Ministerial approval.
Staff are currently processing the comments for the subdivision and are
awaiting comments from three agencies whose comments are required prior to
Staff being in a position to prepare draft conditions for approval or
recommend a change in the zoning.
At this time Staff have received no comments which are in objection to the
application. The comments to date deal mostly with conditions to be
attached to the draft approval.
Staff's recommendation is to refer the applications back to Staff in order
to allow the remaining comments to be sumbitted and draft conditions fo r
approval to be prepared.
