BY-LAW #99-122
being a by-law to repeal By-law 99-109, a by-law to amend
By-law 84-63, the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Corporation
of the former Town of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington adopted the
recommendations contained in the Addendum to Report PD-70-99 conditional
upon the Ministry of the Natural Resources establising the wetland boundaries
and determining that they will not be negatively impacted by the subject
development;
AND WHEREAS By-law 99-109 was passed at the meeting held on July 5,
1999, prior to receiving the comments of the Ministry of the Natural Resources:
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law 99-109 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 19th day of July 1999.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 191 day of July 1999.
