BY-LAW NUMBER 99-127
being a By-law to authorize the Municipality to accept the transfer
of lands from Ontario Hydro and the Regional Municipality of
Durham, relying of a written undertaking from The Kaitlin Group
Limited.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it advisable
to accept transfers from Ontario Hydro and the Regional Municipality of Durham to partially
acquire a portion of the road allowance for Port of Newcastle Drive, located in Lots 28 and 29,
Concession 1, former Village of Newcastle;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality
of Clarington will accept the following transfers:
1. Parts 4 to 6, all inclusive, and 12 to 18, all inclusive, on Plan 40R-18328 from Ontario
Hydra
2. Parts 8 to 10, all inclusive, on Plan 40R-18328 from the Regional Municipality of
Durham.
BY-LAW read a first time this 19th day of July 1999.
BY-LAW read a second time this 19th day of July 1999.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of July 1999.
